  • Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed. In case of payment failure, the order will be canceled.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Shipping and delivery times are estimated based on the customer's location and product availability. Elance International partners with reputable courier services to ensure smooth delivery across Uganda.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure safe receipt of the package.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Refund and Return Policy provides clear guidelines for returning products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • For electronics, the original seal must be intact unless the product was defective upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the product is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
