3. Order Processing and Payments

• All product prices listed on elancesh.com are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes, in compliance with Uganda’s Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations.
• We accept various payment methods, including mobile money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, which are processed through secure gateways compliant with Uganda’s Financial Institutions (E-Payment) Regulations, 2020.
• Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed. In case of payment failure, the order will be canceled.
• Elance International reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

Elance International endeavors to keep the product information on our website accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that all products listed will be available at all times. In case of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options (such as a refund or exchange).

Pricing on our platform may be subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Shipping and delivery times are estimated based on the customer's location and product availability. Elance International partners with reputable courier services to ensure smooth delivery across Uganda.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure safe receipt of the package.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Refund and Return Policy provides clear guidelines for returning products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange if the product meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• For electronics, the original seal must be intact unless the product was defective upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the product is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

7. Consumer Rights and Warranties

In line with Uganda’s Consumer Protection Act, Elance International provides warranties on certain products as specified by the manufacturer. If a product is faulty or does not meet the description provided, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the product’s warranty conditions.

13. Dispute Resolution
